If your a buyer...what you can expect from me, the agent:
* A market analysis of neighborhoods that show whether the properties you're considering are worth the price of will give you value.
* Time spent scouting properties that might interest you.
* Realtionships offered to you with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, home warranty companies and possibly even services such as lawn maintenance.
How it works: Georgia law requires you to sign a buyer-brokerage agreement - no cost is involved, but it defines the relationship.
If your not satisfied... you can break off the relationship by sending the broker a letter stating you would like to terminate your agreement with the company.
